International Shipping 

International Shipping with EMS

The procedure for your ordering are as below:

1. Register an account with https://www.thehobbystore.my
2. Login with your account.
3. Place your order after you login. Add your product into cart.
4. Check out. Select 'EMS - Pos Malaysia' for shipment. The charges will appear on screen.
5. Make payment accordingly. 
6. Wait for your parcel. We will provide the tracking accordingly.

International Shipping with FEDEX

The procedure for your ordering are as below:

1. Register an account with https://www.thehobbystore.my
2. Login with your account.
3. Place your order after you login. Add your product into cart.
4. Check out. Select 'International shipping' for shipment. We charge RM10 for handling fee.
5. Once the payment is done, we will seek the quotation from FEDEX. 
6. We will issue another invoice of the final shipping fee. You will be informed at this point
7. Select and pay the shipping invoice in your account profile. Pay the remaining balance.
8. Once payment is done, we will ship your order and add in tracking into the order info in our website. Of course we will inform to you as well.
   
   

Terms and Condition

1. You are responsible for any custom / import fee.
2. Please check your shipping rate at https://www.fedex.com/en-my/online/rating.html. Estimate your goods at 2-3kg. You shall be able to estimate shipping charges from Malaysia to your location. The price may vary about 10-15% due to the final packaging size.
3. If the purchased item is paint, there is a surcharge of at least RM500 or higher of IATA compliance for flammable product packaging.
4. Once the goods is delivered, it is the courier responsibility on handling the goods. We will provide best effort basis support to you.
5. In any event for refund under valid reason there is a handling fee of 15% of the invoice on all the international shipping arrangement and payment gateway charges.
