Shipping method / Processing

We are using local courier services company or via Pos Malaysia to send out your order. 

Shipping process will be initiated once we have received your payment. We usually ship out items in stock within 2 to 5 working days (Mon. - Fri.). Pre-ordered items will be shipped within 2 - 5 working days upon arrival of stocks. A confirmation email will be sent to you after shipping. 

Shipping Fees

We are continually searching for the best shipping alternative to send out your order. We promise to ensure fast, safe and accurate service to our customers.

Important Note: 

1.    Please note that Shipping Fees only applies for delivery within Malaysia except outskirt areas or free tax zone. 

2.    Our company reserves the rights to change the shipping charges at anytime. If there is any difference on shipping fees, we shall notify by email and customer may choose to cancel order.
